Nearly bought one of these yesterday but then realised I haven't got the dual TPA3116 I ordered yet, so better one little project at a time....

Ah, I hadn't seen that. I quite like his approach, it'll be nice when he finishes it. 🙂

Now the question is, do I need another Class D board?

I haven't, I was waiting for a dual chip board at the time. That's now arrived and I've had a chance to try it out. I have to box my Meanwell though and replace the !"£$%^&*-ing noisy fan (will teach me to buy s/h off eBay, I suppose.).

I've bought one and am waiting for it to arrive. I want to use it for some kitchen speakers so I can listen to tunes while washing dishes/cooking. I might try to make it more portable at some point but for now, I just want kitchen tunes.
