FYI: the speakers are coaxial (two axis), because they are a tweeter and woofer combined. The tweeter isn't 'coax' 😉
Don't believe the specs. Car specs are often based on the mood of the designer. If they feel like it they tell the speakers are 95dB, 300W, 5-25kHz. Just go for a good brand like the Kickers you linked.

if you had a bigger can, then might use a TPA3116 with perhaps an 18v weed eater battery - don't know how long it might run
