Last time me and the wife were in Amiens, the front of Cathedrale Notre Dame was enclosed in scaffolding. Has the scaffolding been removed?

It should be ok: the front restauration is supposed to be done but there is still works done on the Cathedrale ( Notre Dame ringed a bell about needs to secure this historical building receiving public against fire hazard...better late than never!).
If you plan a visit maybe you could contact 'l'Office du tourisme d'Amiens', they must be able to tell you the exact situation. They should be able to read/answer english. I hope so... 🙂
