It looks like the transformers were rubbing on the bottom cover. Look at the bottom cover to see if there is any arc-marks.
I don’t see any arc’s on the bottom cover .
I removed the power supply driverboard and with just power and ground hooked up the amp wants to draw 60 amps of current

Im gonna go back through this and see if I can find the issue .
When booking up the battery and ground the amp likes to draw
Excessive current and it try’s to power up without the remote

Hey caraudioguy, sounds like you have failed driver transistors.
If one or more driver transistor are leaky or shorted, when you measure between b+ and gnd you read OL, because the failure in driver transistors are a separate thing, but when you apply the power (without remote) a failed transistor try to turn on one or both FET banks togheter and of course is like a direct short throug the transformers.
