AMC CD8a no sound thru the analog tube output

Hi All,
I have an AMC CD8a with vacuum tubes. The balanced output which is the tubed output doesn't work. I have to go through the digital coax output to get my music, which does not use the tubes.
The tube 'glow' just fine. I'm hoping someone out there has a solution or what they think it might be?

Thanks, BTW I'm not too electrically savvy.
