These are vintage Voice of the Theater cinema speakers by Altec Lansing. One is 100% original the other two have had the 15" drivers replaced by JBL M115-8A's. The replacement driver were carefully picked out as they reproduce a remarkably similar tone and have similar specifications to the original Altec Driver. Personally I enjoy the sound from the the M115s better.
I would love to keep these as part of my home theater but they are taking up too much space
Original A15-8a:
250W RMS
Continuous SPL: 120.5 dB
8 Ohm
Quick specs of the replacement JBL M115-8A:
Power:
225W RMS
450W continuous
900W peak
8 Ohm
Sensitivity: 98 dB
Continuous SPL: 122 dB
I'm located in the Chicagoland area.
Looking to get $1600 for all three. I'd prefer to sell them together, but at the right price I'll split them.
