You could look into building your own with new drivers from GPA. They have gone up a lot in price, but you may be able to get all the drivers and xover's from GPA as a package price for under your budget. Then you'd still need to make cabs for them.. I'd ask GM where to go from there for what you are seeking..

Too bad you're not closer Tadas. I have the full complement of guts just looking for a cabinet. I am afraid the shipping would be out of this world though.

imo for what it's worth, I'd stay away from those and look at the GPA stuff. You also have shipping and whatever taxes your country extracts to take in to consideration as well. You may be able to get all the drivers and xovers from GPA for about that price in your link above, dunno though?
Anyhow you really need to hear from the likes of GM, Pano, etc, so hopefully they will see your thread.

Best I can suggest is Bill/GPA selling you complete kits less the cabs [factory plans available], though of course the shipping cost, or......seen a lot good components, speakers being sold around the world on these FB groups:

Then 'caveat emptor' [buyer beware]! 3+ hours away; what was once a pleasant day trip on a cycle, now way too far for me to drive even if I had a modern luxury car. 🙁

GPA speakers looks great, but it isn't equal to genuine Altec Lansing speakers. That means, I need to recalculate boxes, etc. Now I am living in flat and do not have conditions to built my own speakers cabinets.
