The amplifier has a socket for transformers on the input to avoid ground loop issues or for impedance matching.
The pot-ground input terminals are for use without the input transformers.
You may want a first order crossover at about 70 hz just to avoid unneeded distortion. Also running both the Linn subwoofers and some other speaker full range could cause some comb filtering in the low range.
You would just want a .03 microfarad on the input for 70 hz. There are already terminal strips for that.
If there is a hum issue you may resort to a SMPS supply for the 811a filaments. You would need to be fairly proficient at dealing with 930 volts. Maybe wait and see if that is a problem or not.
