use a multimeter to measure resistance between the pins. Some of those pins could be just for mounting on a PCB

OK, there is no part number I could find even with the microscope.
And I read the value with the multimeter, but I do not understand the 5 pins. These are not mounting pins.

If it is a tandem pot it is probably two wipers, two feeds and one common.
I would say it was 9mm not 10mm which means RK09K12A0A2K is the model series.
