Owner of this 72 chevy truck said its been awhile since he had an audio upgrade. He brought me the truck to install a newer more modern system.
You can see what I pulled out....anybody familiar with the booster or the deck?
20w+20W is the booster's power its a 5 band.
Booster model # 3004
Deck model # 7162
Both items work perfect as well as the speaker.

Thanks guys, I just thought it was kinda cool that there is still older vehicles out there, with older vintage equipment still installed and working.
Strange sometimes how older equipment seems to hold the test of time if not completely abused that is, when some of the newer technolgy fails quite frequentely.
Technology doesnt usually go backwards, I am sure the new stuff has tons of cool features, but the reliabilty of the newer age amps and other equipment seems lacking.
I do like alot of the newer stuff, but.......I can never turn down a deal on an older piece, wether its to collect or re-sell. I love the old school gear.
