Clamp an allen (hex) wrench in the terminal block and heat it from the back side with a soldering iron (to soften the plastic) so you can force it back into the correct position.
If it appears that the screw that holds the two halves of the block together is loose, tighten it. You'll have to remove the entire block from the board to tighten the screw. Then solder the two halves together.
After you have everything tight and in the correct position, resolder the terminal to the board.
