I replaced the outputs, The 2 driver IC's -(IR2010) Also replaced IC1801-(4560) and ZD9302 and Q9302 the regulator (B631K)
Amp powers up and idle's fine Amp has no output and the B631K and the 2 D600K's get red hot within 5 secs is this normal??
Also any suggestions on what to check sine i have no output and no rail to rail oscillation?

I wish I could be of more help, I am not familiar with these amps.
Have you checked all the IC's that control the protection circuits to see if the amp is in protect?
Are there muting transistors in this amp?
Have you followed the input signal throughout the amp to see where you lose it?
How about a pic of the board?

Have you confirmed that you have the correct supply voltage on all of the pins of the 2010 driver ICs?
Voltage on both driver IC's (IR2010) is

Not positive but looks like ur high side supply is missing... pins 6, 7 or 8. Seems pulled really low for some reason. Pretty sure at least one should have 15v, think its pin 7
