All pins of IC4501 and IC4502 (DC voltage). This is the datasheet for the pin numbering.

Are you sure that this amp doesn't have shorted outputs?

i replaced the bad outputs when it came in. None of the outputs read shorted out of the board but i have 46.5 volts of dc on the output of this amp. So i guess ill order some new outputs and see if i got a bad batch of them.
If the outputs failed, there's a good chance that the driver ICs have failed. Order those as well.
There's virtually no chance that you received defective FETs if you ordered from a reputable distributor.

Ok i replaced all of the outputs and replaced the drivers for the outputs .
The micro controller has all good voltages on every pin. The amp is producing + - rail voltages And + - regulated voltages on all op-amps.
Amp still has no output Any ideas?

With a speaker connected and a signal source connected, do you hear anything from the speaker when moving any of the pots/switches?
the irf3415's that have - rail voltage on them legs 1 and 3 deflect on the other 3415's that have positive rail voltage the middle leg deflects That all i get
I touched the probe of the scope on the output terminals and both the positve and negative terminals deflect
The terminals connected to the positive and negative terminals will deflect but there will be at least one terminal on each output that should have a rail to rail square wave on it.
When the trace deflects, does it go off of the top/bottom of the display?

I get no square wave at all on any of the output legs.
The trace doesnt go off the screen My scope is set at 20 volts/div and 2 ms the trace only deflects about 2.5 divisons

Check the voltages on IC4501 and IC4502. Are there any that don't match the values in the service manual?
I dont have the service manual on this amp I emailed you to see if i could get a copy I would greatly appericate it
