Alpine INA-W910 & IMPRINT PTX-H100 Problem! HELP!!!

Hi Guys,
I am a newbie here and I need some help to setup my Alpine NAVI system with the IMPRINT audio processor.
Here is my problem:
I followed the instruction, make sure the dip switch on the bottom is positioned at EQ/DIV position. Then, hook up the front and rear RCA connectors from the HU to the IMPRINT. Then connect the RCA connectors from IMPRINT to my sub amplifier. Also connected the microphone (KTH-H100 kit) and the USB cable to my PC. Also, I make sure the AI-NET cable is connected to the HU slot on the IMPRINT.
Here is the catch, when I initiated the calibration process of my PC, there was no sound coming out of the front and rear speakers. I even tested the IMPRINT by hooking up a dummy speaker directly to the RCA output of the IMPRINT, it does generate the beeping sound for calibration so seems like the IMPRINT is outputing some signal out but the INA-W910 input is not reading the signal.
I called Crutchfield and they sent me a replacement unit right away, same thing happened.
The other strange thing is that when I hooked up the IMPRINT the first time (before calibration), one it is connected, the HU's volume jumped to max (or near max and the volume was not adjusted during connection), it won't go back to normal until disconnection and key-off.
It's been very frustrated... I am not a car audio expert but I have done enough system to get what I need to do. Does anyone here have similar experience?
Any information is very important to me! Thank you so much!
