Greets!
You're welcome!
It doesn't work because the driver isn't suitable for a low tuned TL, it should be in a max flat impedance alignment (~110 Hz Fp) to mimic/improve on a simple sealed alignment , which I assume is what his tables define since I can't remember for sure now.
Max SQ would be a large OB with either BIB style bass bins, huge IB, or dipole. The high Xmax makes for a nice nearfield 'fullrange' option, but you'll get the best out of any FR driver by limiting its use to it's mass corner (~220 Hz in this case assuming a very low source impedance) and let the baffle acoustically roll it off, only using EQ down really low to control 'ringing' if it tends to excurse much on some passages.

Thank you once more - that's valuable stuff.
The Augspurger table gave a Fp of 90Hz - mine is at 70Hz in an ignorant attempt to eke out a bit more LF. However, as I say, they are an experiment and partly to use up some scrap ply which has been cluttering up the loft (but which was JUST the wrong size for your 31" MLTL).
The 92 OB sounds interesting. I think I have your dims for that from a previous post. I know Thor swears by his cermaic enclosures, hence the reason for asking. The house has roof voids behind the walls which would make good bass IBs (they easily manage the 10x Vas recommended on the infinitely baffled website).
