Alignment gauge for Ortofon OM-10

The alignment gauge that came with my turntable only works properly with a cartridge with a square front and sides, they've left the tangential lines out of the middle where you could actually align the cantilever. I'm sure there is a simple alignment gauge that could be downloaded and printed, but I have been unable to locate one thus far. Any help locating one would be appreciated.
