attention! noob question:
Is it possible to build an AlephX with 610-type fets?
Wouldn't the performance be better at much lower mosfet capacitance and higher supply-voltage?
I know that one would need many devices to get some power from it and dissipation will massively increase , but basically: (if it's possible) will there be any pros beside the contras?
me if I'm typing complete nonsense, maybe I missed something...

Thanks for the feedback
It was just an idea in my head... Now I see the point, I think: one would have to replace the IRFP240 with 9 pcs of IRF610 to get the transconductance, while having about the same ratio of capacitance - right?
There is a lot to learn arround here (beside the english practice) - a really nice forum!
