I'm thinking,to improve my Aleph3 psu rejection with a simple emitter follower circuit after the big (30.000uf) caps!
What is your opinion? Will improve the amps performance?

No, it does not. I tried cap multiplier ( 10G and BDX33/34 darlingtons). The hum is not discernable. The sound seems to be a little slim, low frequencies a little suppressed. And after all, you need heatsink for about 10W per channel. I cut the multiplier off. I run Aleph only with caps ( 20G is sufficient).
Don´t use that it will supress the sound. If you want to you will have to use multiple transistors to do the job rated a lot higher then the circuit. Usually regulated power supplies suffer from a lot of problems and the sound is mostly worst after.
