After 3 hours heatskins (400x300x85mm)temperature is 50 degrees (Bias 3A) and
Uout - 3.1 mV and 2.9 mV.
Thanks to everyone on this forum for help, and especially Nelson Pass for this great amp!

it helps if you don't have choked Heatsinks from bottom side ;
make feets taller , or make narrower platforms

Wow Nice work Vitali !
What did you use for the front plates?
Thanks Valo!
I used laminated MDF 20mm 🙂

Very nice! I have, however, one reservation. The amp-stands have the same width as your amps. This could seriously limit the air flow through the heatsinks ...
What mesh have you used for the ventilation holes?
I need to do something similar, and am trying to get ideas.

I think a good idea to make a mesh of ventilation , but do not believe me 🙂
After five hours heatskins have 48 ... 50 degrees.
I use aluminum window screen material and epoxy. You can use a block of wood and wax paper to keep them flat and tight til the epoxy sets up.Then the wax paper peels right off.

The holes are 1 inch but bigger would work.
