Aleph P1.7 Gain

Hi,

for Aleph P1.7, if dip switch is set so 10K input resistor is
shorted and 3.3K resistor to ground is open, that is least
amount of attenuation.

if 2Vpp is on the input, what is the max. output voltage
with trim pot set to max?

pass manual says like 8volts rms? with 2Vpp in, I get
max. 4Vpp. this is with 1K load.

I'm trying to determine what is normal and if my boards
are operating correctly.

how do you keep it in the linear region?

some have said Fet's get hot to touch. should they be
hot to touch even with heatsink?

I measure about 58 deg. C on the heatsink of my P1.7 board.
Is that baking or normal? The 22ohm and 33 ohm resistors measure about .6Volts.
