classic needle meter for voltage
connect it across any of source resistors
say that needle meter is declared for 500uA for full scale
just from top of my head - 10K trimpot as series variable resistor, and connect 100uF/6V3 in parallel with instrument
when amp is set, just fiddle with trimpot to set needle in mid position

I'm sorry Zen Mod, i didn't understand you correctly. So we use a simple volt meter connected in parallel or amp meter, connected in series witth for example R16 or R17?say that needle meter is declared for 500uA for full scale
see
ampermeter is nothing else than basic needle instrument, which is "voltage" instrument, with added shunt resistor
you need basic "voltage" instrument (no current meter), connected as shown
10K trimpot is from top of my head, but I believe it'll cover whatever instrument you use = ranging from 100uA to 1mA
if you can't set needle low enough, just increase value of trimpot, or add same value resistor in series with trimpot
