Hi - Just wanted to report a very pleasing combination. I have built DIY versions of the Aleph J (mono blocks), Aleph P1.7 and XONO and decided to try some Beyerdynamic DT880 (600ohm version) headphones driven directly from the speaker terminals on the Aleph J. This combination from the same stable works a treat - even with the headphones being brand new and straight out of the box (no break in period) the sound is something special. Thank you Mr Pass for these great designs!
