it seems that you use modified libraries eg . addes something to them
would you be so kind to post the libs (if it is true) or send me them by email alternativly i can prowide some ftp space😉

stan, sorry for not answeriing but i have bad news im afraid that irfz4- may not work well
just check vdss i would stay with irf240
but id does not hurt to solder irfz and try🙂
