Hello, is i just matching Q1 & Q2 (IRF9610) , Q3 is no need ??

The Vgs of "IRF9610 & IRFP240" are match within +- 0.03V is ok?

I think IRF610's are matched to .01V and outputs are matched to .1V

no need to match Q3 it's just a current source. 0.03V difference for Q1 and Q2 is fine. Closer is better but that should be close enough.
