My Aleph 30 Amplifier is finished.
Elkos BHC Aerovox 63V 15000µF per channel 6 pieces, bridged with Roedestein 8900pF and Styroflex 2700pF
Trafos prim.18V sec.25V, 400VA.
DC voltage at the exits l=39mV, r=4mV.
UR11 = 5,3V
UQ5 = 4,8V
UQ4 = 4,8V
UR34 = 0,437V
UR35 = 0,493V
UR36 = 0,476V
UR37 = 0,458V
UR38 = 0,465V
UR39 = 0,486V
Panasonic FC 220µF Elkos, 10pFGlimmer, Resistors fromWelwyn. Point to point wired directly.
MosFet PCB from Kristijan, normaly for Aleph 2. I separated the PCB and had so constant current and Gain DEVICE in one PCB .
The Amp. becomes very hot, with 3Á per channel, about 60C° in the middle of the heat sink. May be I will change R19, to reduce the amperes, hoping it will not affect the sound.
The sound is very very good. My Aleph 2 is stronger and has somewhat more strength in the bass foundation, this Aleph 30 has more warmth within in the middle and the high range, somehow somewhat magic, charmful.
Here are some pictures.

God dieam, that's a beauty!!!😉
-Is that a Zapsolute I see in the background? How is the A30 compared to that?

Hello Mad_K
very good eyes! yes it´s a Zapsolute. The Zap has a little bit more drive and detailled bass, more foreward, more killer instinct.
But sometmes i need this kind of sound. Please understand me right, the Solute is in my opinion one of the best too.

Thank´s a lot. I love this amp too. I have the possibilities to built such chassis, nevertheless it was a hard work.
The amp sounds really wonderfull, I cant get enough.
what is the material that your capacitors are sitting on?
Kind of looks like the same stuff that Peter Daniel was using with
his new amp.
good idea about halfing the Aleph 2 driver boards!
VERY nice work
...remember, your Aleph will only get better as it breaks in and
gets some hours under it's belt!

Hi Martin
Very nice job you did there!
You could start competing with Peter' design's. 😀
What are the two SE inputs at the back?
And what are the two additional LED's in the front for? Protection?
I bet you'll end up in the PassDiy gallery. 🙂
Greetings

Hello moe29,
it´s a plastic called POM. Very good heat stability up to 130C°.

Hello Hugo
I build the chassis for the Zapsolute, the holes in the back are for a switch for selecting XLR/Chinch.
The two holes in the front are for LED´s. I will install an NF-switch witch turns the amp on by an incomming singnal. The Led´s should indicate the NF-Singnal and the stand by of this switching feature.
