Aleph 3 diy problem with one channel

If you look at the pics, you will see that on this PCB's there are pots for adjustment of bias and offset.

The builder put them in. See schema on page 1. No pots.

The boards are updated for use of pots for adjustment. Not for fixed resistors. You can clearly see that on the pics.
