If I had to change the 8 big capacitors (22,000) and maybe the 6x220uf in my beloved original Pass Aleph 3, which type and brand should I use?

This is what I used when I worked on my friend's Aleph 3 last year:
Nichicon LGU for power supply
Nichicon KA for 220uf
Nichicon LGU for power supply

These are very good caps, it just happens that electrolytic capacitors don't cost a lot. Much like motor oil, everyone has their favorite brand. Pass mostly uses Panasonic in their products, I'm a Nichicon guy myself.
For the power supply I didn't find anything that would fit that has higher capacitance, but the LGU series are 105c rated. There's lots of other options for the 220uF, the ones I chose are both "audio grade" and rated for 105c. That little amp is like an oven inside, so I made it a priority to use 105c caps.
I also added some bypass caps to the 220uF's per Zen Mod's suggestion, in my case I used Vishay MKP-1837.
