I couldn't find a subgroup that discussed album cover art. Sorry if I missed it.
Is there a process by which a fan of a very influential album (to me anyway) can get an excellent copy/poster/etc of an album's cover and then reverse side artwork?
My fave is Kraftwerk's Autobahn. I do have the original album (I inherited it after hearing it 100's of times as a kid) so I "could" do a scan but I would much rather work through the original artist. And I know of the "kind of different" artworks from different vinyl pressings so I'd like the one of the album that I own.
And, I was thinking of 36" by 36" super HQ prints too (front and back).
BTW, did anyone notice in that X-Men: Days of Future Past movie that the superfast guy was wearing a PF DSOTM concert t-shirt? I know the album came out March 1, 1973 so I'm not sure if I caught the movie in a "mistake" or if he could have acquired the t-shirt within the timeline of the movie, heh.
