Contrary to the rumours, I remain alive and well, and my amplifier company is open for business.
I am sorry I did not receive your email; can't understand what happened as it is cable and always on.
Recently I suffered a car accident, but all is well (though my car is now resculptured and lies bleeding in my yard!) and I am ready to serve you - email, fax, telephone - however you wish to contact me.
