Improve AKM4399 i2s DAC with CM6631A

My setup is Weiliang's AK4399 I2S DAC with LJM's CM6631A USB to I2S interface. The dac connected to CMOYBB v2.03 and I'm using GRADO SR80e.
I would like to improve my setup, but I don't know the way. The options:
- replace the CM6631A USB interface to XMOS
XMOS DSD DXD 384kHz high-quality USB to I2S/DSD PCB - DIYINHK
Isolated XMOS DSD DXD 384kHz high-quality USB to I2S/DSD PCB with ultralow noise regulator - DIYINHK

- replace the headphone amp
My goal is a better sound stage, and more detail. Can somebody help me what I need to do to achieve my goal?
