Akai GX365d - Need help

A friend has an Akai GX365d tape and the playback head is damaged.

The part number is P4-200.

Any clues on getting a spare part or some compatible replacement?

But the Ebay item is the recording head.

I think it is not the same playback head (R4 suffix for the first one and P4 suffix for the last.
