when inputting a freq that contains an 8 or 9 all freq display are set to 889 or 999. All other functions are preforming normally. I checked the keyboard and programmer circuits and couldn't find any problems. Any suggestions would be greatly appeciated. Thanks, Michael
Assume you are talking about the Heathkit AJ-1510 FM tuner?

Obviously it goes without saying that the tuner should have had all of its electrolytic capacitors replaced before now.
