Hello. I purchased this amp board and tried to test it, but there's no normal sound output. The power indicator lights up, and the fan is running, but I only hear crackling and noise that doesn't sync with the music's rhythm. I'm using two 36V switching power supplies as the dual power source. If anyone has experience with this amp, please provide some advice.

Thank you for the message. The red port is an input terminal. In the image, nothing is connected, but it was connected during testing.
Since then, I've tried various things, and the sound is normal, but when I increase the volume, the output suddenly stops. In a small room, it feels too loud, but outdoors, it's quieter than a truck's exhaust noise. It's that level of volume.
I don't understand why the output stops. The power is 600W, which should be sufficient. It seems like the protection circuit is malfunctioning.

The blue board is a preamp. After experimenting with it, I was able to produce a normal sound. However, when I increase the volume, the output suddenly stops. Even when I disconnect the input jack and it's in idle state, turning the resistor on the board to the right cuts off the output. I don't know the cause. I don't think there is a 1000W output, but with this issue, there's not even a 10W output. I'm following the voltage mentioned on the website, but could the power supply voltage be inappropriate? Can anyone provide advice on this issue?
