Aiwa was not a junk brand but they sure sold some of it. These tiny boxes with two tweeters just can't be good. More highs! I used to have to install 4-way 6x9s for folks who got the treatment in the demo booth at the store...more highs!!
Yes they had some really nice stuff, and like you said junk too. Kind of suspected they were not much good, but since I could not find any info online on them, I needed to ask. Yes I can imagine there are more highs on these, kind of also find that with the JBL control ones I have, but put together with my
Philips 22RH426 3 way bass heavy speakers they sound really good together on an old scott receiver.
