I have just been informed by a USA legal website that AirPod Max users are complaining condensation & water build up .
Apple has offered repairs ranging from $29 to $59.
After an hour or so of use build up occurs --many complaints from US customers .
They cost (approx ) $550 , attorneys are at present investigating and gathering evidence and USA customers with the same problem can join a group legal claim ( if proved ) .
