If you mean for the heaters, don't even think about using a choke for that...the cost of a choke that can deal with that kind of current would be outrageous.
Personally, I use the 6.3V AC tap directly on my heaters. Works perfectly fine. I see no need to feed an Aikido with DC heaters.
