Hi there,
I'm a neewbie and been lurking for a while, I was just wondering if anyone had tried to order and build one of these PCB's ?
http://users.swing.be/edwinpaij/ampli_mosfet_360_w.htm
I am interested in any feedback anyone can give on the sound of the built amp.
Kind Regards
Dave mK

Hi monokinetic,
If i were you and aiming for such high power levels like the one from the link you gave I´d go for a mosfet-amplifier of Randy Sloan. The "optimos" for example would be a good choice.
You can get commercially produced PCB´s for that one :
Seal Electronics.
At that power levels it´s advisable to include amplifier protection circuitry which the amplifier you´re looking at doesn´t have.
If you don´t need 360W you could go for a "crescendo" amplifier which is a mosfet amplifier from Elektor.(PCB´s available likewise)
These are more proven designs (that´s my opinion).

Jens
