1943/5200 as the multiple pair output stage should be very good for a low rail voltage ClassA amplifier.
It's supply rails above ~+-55Vdc that stress the poor HV SOA of the 1943/5200.

and F5t and many other ClassA amplifiers.
Lot's of silicon on big heatsink always looks good for SOA.

Will be fun if a solid state amp after all will better my DIY Atma-Sphere OTL amps but I doubt it. That said I'll replace my Firstwatt J2 clone with the F6 to see where it all ends. And of course I've to try one the SIT amps too.F-6 is next on my build schedule. Whichever Pass amp you build, you will find it will better your previous amplifiers just like the BA-3 Preamp bettered your other preamps. You are in for a treat.🙂

I'll also build the B1 and Pearl 2 and see how it performs against my RTP3D clone.
Why? Because you've more fun here at the NP forum. 🙂
