Hi! I am Currently using Gustard A26 DAC. Recently I bought Gustard N18 network switch. After a month of using decided to upgrade the caps. Power Supply caps were Nichicon FW 3300uf 25V and some 220V 25V caps again FW. Decided to try out upgrading the caps. I bought some Nichicon KW and FG from Mouser of the same value replaced those. I immediately noticed difference in sound compared to Nichicon FW. This got me thinking to looking in Gustard A26 Analog section which again used all Nichicon KW caps.
Will Upgrading to Nichicon FG make difference to the sound? And what can be expected when compared KW with FG / Silmic II / Audio Note Kaisei.
Thank you.

You changed the filter caps in a digital network switch and you believe you hear a difference in sound? Sorry but that's all in your head.. it's just not possible simply because the audio signal doesn't exist at that point in the signal chain so there is no way it can be altered.
However it's the complete opposite with analog equipment, every electronic component in a circuit can have some effect on the final audio product so by all means experiment away, but don't expect miracles there should not be much if any untapped potential left on the table with a well designed piece of equipment.
To be clear I'm simply trying to warn you off of the marketing BS and misinformation that permeates so much of this audio industry, you don't need my or anybody elses permission to do whatever you want with your audio system.

For starters never believed the network switch would have influence on sound until I got something from Dlink and Netgear. Later stage picked up N18 thinking it may improve. However replacing Cap did change the sound slightly in terms of presence / airy. You changed the filter caps in a digital network switch and you believe you hear a difference in sound? If you measure DC voltage, is the same with old or new capacitors, except capacitors are damaged. So, if you note some kind of difference with the sound, is not due to capacitors, is your capacity or hearing and mentaly be conditioned by the thinking that are other capacitors. If you measure your device with a Audio Analyzer, is almost impossible to diference the same circuit with different capacitors, except if the old capacitors are damaged.
The real measures are with audio analyzers and double blind tests.
