Advice on 6P3S p-p amp schematic, feedback problem?

Hey guys, here's a really rough schem of what I'm thinking of doing for an AB2 p-p 6P3S amp.
Its a triode input stage (6N1P) into a an LTP consisting of a 12AX7, followed by 12AU7s as CFs providing drive current for the AB2 output stage.
I'm also considering MOSFET's instead of the 12AU7's.
The values in the schem are rough values that work in simulation, but nothing is set in stone at this stage.
One problem I've found is providing feedback to the input stage or reducing its gain to get the sensitivity right.
I considered GNFB maybe by grounding the 4 Ohm tap of the OPT and using the 16Ohm tap for cathode feedback to the input stage, but enclosing that number of stages I'm worried about stability.
Any suggestion relating to any part of the schem, and particularly the problem of getting the input sensitivity right, are welcome.
