It's not powering up. Reinstall the rectifiers and check for AC voltage on the rectifiers with the scope. Have the current limiting resistor inline.
Ok i feel stupid now.
I reflowed the solder on the power supply board. Then when i was putting it back together i noticed that the plastic washers were missing to hold down the rectifiers and the mica strip was missing on 1 side for the outputs.
I put some washers in and a mica strip Amp powers up and plays perfect.
Im lucky i didnt blow the rectifiers and outputs.
