Adding to the ignore list

It seems I spend as much time adding to my Ignore List as reading posts. The current method is cumbersome. Is it possible for an ignore option to be added to the drop-down list when the username is left-clicked?

I second this idea and I know it is possible as another vbulletin forum I visit has this enabled.
