first time poster here
hope this isn't in the wrong section of the forum and not too far off the beaten path of the more amp based conversations around here. anyways, i'm trying to add an LED and DC jack to a fuzz pedal I want to wire up but the instructionals online are throwing me for a loop and im still having trouble discerning what goes where considering the circumstances of the circuit. Heres a diagram of the circuit and its wiring layout. the first diagram is the original layout with no add ons (no dc jack, no LED), and the second diagram was altered by me to include a dc jack and an LED, as well as adding an extra row of poles on the stomp switch (1-2-3)to convert it from the originally used 2PDT switch to a 3PDT switch for the sake of extra estate. the terminals on the DC jack and 3PDT switch are assigned numbers, while the leads from the battery snap, LED, and red & black wires from the circuit board originally intended for the battery snap are given letters. If somebody could do me a kindness and connect the dots so to speak between the letters and numbers? Is it possible to add the LED and DC jack while still being able to use a 2PDT, and if i do need to use a 3PDT, will I need to rearrange the leads that are already wired to it? Any help that can be given would be mucho appreciated.

Learn to read schematics, they're a lot less confusing than wiring diagrams.
You need to make it clear what you want to acheive with the LED & DC jack.
Is the LED to show that power is on, or that the effect is on?
Is the DC jack to plug in an external power supply, or the plug other effects into?
Assuming that the LED is to show that the effect is on, wire E to the power supply B, F to 2, either 1 or 3 to earth (A) depending on which way the effect is engaged. The LED will need to be wired with the correct polarity - the flat side is the cathode & should be connected to 2.

The DC jack - if for an external power supply you need a switching jack that will disconnect the battery when the external power supply is plugged in. I would also recomment wiring a diode in series with it to prevent damage if a supply of the wrong polarity is connected.
This might help
