I have a Magnavox console that has a radio/ record player. The record player is half functioning, I would like to fix the record player if I can and add a bluetooth function so I can play music from my phone. I've never done anything like this before but am super handy. Any help with what parts I need and how go about it is totally appreciated. Thanks a ton

You have to buy a bluetooth receiver like the one shown in the link and use it as is or make/connect a regulated supply and remove the battery.

The system is so old i'm sure i will have to rewire things together. There are not plugs that correlate to that bluetooth box.

How about getting a Bluetooth rcvr, pump the output into an FM modulator, tune the radio in the console to the FM xmtr frequency. No wiring involved..
Hey! Im using this and it works great! simply needs 5v to operate and then puts out to a 3.5mm jack.
