Adding a little extension to FR125's

I just built a system with a pair of FR125S's in a 10L VB mini-tower style. I find the base extension is nice, low, and audible, but there is no vibration or feeling of power. Kind of like how my Senn HD590's sound, you can hear it, but can't really get excited about it.

I want to rip out the amp of a cheap (and boxy sounding) powered sub I have and retrofit it onto a small 8" or mabye 10" driver with new cabinet to add a little bit of "oomph" extension for my system. Nothing to rattle the walls, just fill out what is missing.

These driver features are desirable:

- cheap (not looking for anything too fancy, this is a casual system)
- efficient (I am only pumping 30w RMS to them)
- capable vented or bandpass alignment
- available in canada, ship to west coast

I don't need high SPL, so I don't think the wattage will be too little for my needs. It is also for a small room at lower volumes.
Mainly a little extra air for the kick drum and low bass.

What drivers should I be looking at?

EDIT: Peerless has a decent selection in my price bracket for 8" drivers, anyone have any experience with some specific models?
