Adding a choke to SSE

I built 2 SSE's exactly the same, both without chokes.

Both had a hum even at zero volume. I removed R1 on one of the amps and added a Hammond 159Q choke

It is 150mA 7H

wonderful result and the amp is essentially dead quiet. Made an enormous difference.
