Ok, here’s the fuse unscrewed and what’s seen inside the opening.

first picture, pull the ceramic fuse out of the front screw cap. That is the actual fuse.

You will need an ohmmeter to test it.

The GFA565 had a problem where small electrolytic caps on the driver board would leak and eat the copper traces. Often the boards are beyond repair. There is a fix, but not easy or cheap. https://hoppesbrain.com/2016/05/09/how-to-fix-leaking-capacitors-in-adcom-gfa-565-for-good/

I just went forward with replacing all 4 fuses and everything works again! Thank you all for your advice and assistance in resolving this matter, greatly appreciate it!
