I was looking for some parts in my garage today and I found a bag of 50 AD42020-1 IC's. I can't find a datasheet ( about 30 years old ). Does anyone know what they are, or have a datasheet?
See pic.
I wonder why I kept them.
I think that they were 175 to 200MHZ vfb opamps that ran from +-6V supplies.
I still am looking for a datasheet.

I found this part in the Fluke 6080A Service Manual, it is an Analog Multiplier.

Thanks, now I remembered why I kept them, I was working for a video projector manufacturer back in the 80's and they were using these on the registration board. These had too much dc offset to use in their application but the offset was well within spec, So I kept them.
