Hey David, totaly agree with you on the AD Eval board. I think you may have forgoten but I have one also, and love it to death. But it was bettered by the Harman with the discrete direct coupled Transimpedance Amp in place of the OP275 and a disrete Class A single ended amp direct coupled with dc servo.
I suppose the same could be done in place of the AD797's on the Eval board, but the other way with the Harman you get a complete CD player or a Dac with the Eval board you just get a Dac.
