dont't know what that means really. Hope the message was not for me. (?)
nope, the mesage was for Joe Rasmussen through Jan.
Check out Elliot Sound Products and Linkwitz Lab for some great help in designing your own active crossover. I recommend 4th order, 24dB/octive, Linkwitz/Riley. I have an assembled 4-way kit from Marchand Electronics with balanced inputs and outputs. It is just fabulous but it cost $1000US. I am also builing one from scratch just to say I did it. The parts will cost about $250US. Active crossovers are not that difficult to understand and build once you get a handle on the basics.

Hi there!
I'm trying to contact Marchand for a couple of weeks now: no response....
I e-mailed him about a year ago and I always got an answer very quick.
Does anybody know if he is still in bussiness?
Thanks,
Jan

The special offer on his site is valid until November 30th. So I would think he still is (until very recent).
But strange, my experiences from the past are a reply within 1 or 2 days.
PS there is also a phone number on the page...

Faxed Marchand today. And guess what: I go an e-mail from him in less than 45 minutes after sending the fax!!!! (my mail was blocked by his spam-filter...) Absolutely great!
Good! Happy that Phil is still providing his good service. He once send me an upgrade for an already purchased XM44 for free! (30 silver mica caps).
